When it comes to happiness, nature is among the most significant factors. As a matter of fact, humans had been living in the midst of nature for millions of years, and their time spent in modern cities is considered to be very brief in comparison. Even now, the vast majority of them reside in close proximity to natural areas. The human race is, in point of fact, tremendously dependent on nature for its own survival (plants convert carbon dioxide into oxygen; our food is a product of nature; and we are able to thrive under a very narrow range of natural variables such as temperature, etc.).
There is no cost to nature! Everyone is able to stand there and marvel at it, and it is a source of both entertainment and comfort for them. The distinction between wealthy and impoverished, powerful and feeble, and male and female is not made by it. There is no cost associated with the silvery sun, the golden moon, the cool breeze, the warm seaside, the towering mountains, the smooth running rivers, the dark and inviting forests, and everything else.
No, it is not free because it is inexpensive; rather, it is free because it is priceless.
If we were to construct a single artificial island that had rivers, forests, mountains, and the ocean all around it, how much would it cost?
Is it a billion dollars or a billion dollars?
Am I able to make it? And if one is able to as well as afford it, will he make it available to humanity for free to enjoy? Is he not going to impose some sort of entrance fee? What is the amount?
We are able to see the moon in its fullness whenever we look at it, regardless of the fact that millions of other people are also looking at it at the same. The question is whether God has created a moon that is unique to each of us, or whether there is simply one moon that each of us perceives in some way as being his own personal moon. And in a similar vein, the sky, the sun, the ocean, rain, and sunshine are all available to us in their whole. Every person has the ability to gaze up at the heavens and claim all of it for their own delight. All of it belongs to him or her.
Your feelings are understandable to nature. Whenever you are feeling down, it is also down with you. However, this does not make you feel any more depressed. In no way does it cause you to feel even more hopeless. A soothing balm is applied to your wounds using this. It embraces you, chats to you, listens to you patiently, and empathises with you as it sits next to you like a mother, husband, brother or sister, or friend. It does all of these things alongside you. As time passes, it gradually improves your mood and enables you to view your minor problems, concerns, and wounds from the viewpoint of an endless amount of time and space. It is as if you have regained your joy when you grin and laugh.
I have no doubt that you are keeping your money in the bank, and the fact that you have your money there brings you both joy and happiness. despite the fact that this money is either sitting around doing nothing or being invested. There are occasions when it is no more than money on paper, such as when the value of shares and bonds is being considered. In the event that you require something, you take the money out of your account and use it to purchase some pleasure and enjoyment. All in all, this is pretty good.
On the other hand, are you aware that it is the natural world that surrounds you that has a limitless amount of beauty and happiness?
How do you feel about this reality, and do you find enjoyment in contemplating it?
