To put it mildly, existence as a human being may be quite difficult occasionally. With every breath we take and every movement we make, we experience a range of feelings. There are certain feelings that are so delightful that we would never want to let go of them. Other feelings cause us to feel such intense rage and pain that we become immobilized by the pain they inflict.
When we feel rage, our thoughts act as a remembrance of a hurt that we have encountered in the past. It is typically the case that the recollection is the result of our failure to adequately communicate our feelings of hurt at the time, for a variety of reasons. We have a tendency to keep our anger and hurt to ourselves because we do not want to provoke a conflict, damage the feelings of another person, or ever admit that we are experiencing those emotions. When we genuinely reveal that we are angry, we are demonstrating that we are not flawless and that we are, in fact, human beings who are capable of experiencing pain. This is another reason why we hold on to it.
On the other hand, if we continue to suppress our emotions in order to safeguard our ideal selves, we will eventually become less genuine and less connected to the people in our life, even if we are unaware of the extent to which we are suppressing them.
In order to prevent another person from experiencing our pain or fury, we are merely putting ourselves in a position where they will never be able to get in touch with us. If we continue in this manner for a sufficient amount of time, we will never find satisfaction anyplace. When we are asked why we are sad, we are unable to even remember the beginning of the hurt that we have buried deep inside ourselves. When we let our hurts and anger fester for a longer period of time, they become more perplexing. What happens is that everything becomes knotted up, and if we dare to attempt to express it, we are completely speaking a different language.
If you have ever been harmed by someone, and then that person makes it impossible for you to express why you are angry, describe the experience. Controllers are individuals who have the ability to cause a great deal of harm. The only time you will be able to fight back and tell them, “Please just shut up and listen” is when you are able to recognize that kind of person. Keeping that hurt in your heart is the best way to ensure that you are miserable. Your sense of self-worth will undoubtedly plummet as a result of this matter.
In the present time, one is experiencing the suffering that is referred to be hurt. Its rationale is right in front of you at this very moment. It is imperative that you address it, since ignoring it will only lead to you becoming incarcerated in your current state of loneliness. For as long as you continue to keep quiet, you will get more and more frustrated with yourself for not acting out. It is at that point that remorse begins to creep in and take control, causing you to feel the desire to exact revenge on the individual in question. You are currently planting the seeds of your negative ideas, and nothing feels good. What do you think about this? FALSE!!!
When you put yourself in a position where you could be branded oversensitive, told that you are just trying to start a fight, or just laughed at as if you were a child, it is difficult to say the least. It is possible that you can discover that this individual does not truly care about you. Isn’t it better to find out about that as soon as possible?
We have a tendency to let these FEELINGS of hurt and anger to take control of our life. Is it not preferable to let everything out now rather than to endure a life of silence that is filled with unhappiness? Unless you tell someone how you are feeling and when you are feeling it, you will only be able to keep those feelings to yourself, and believe me when I say that you will lose yourself.
Honesty is the best way to go about things, even if it means hurting the person you love. With a genuine love, I believe that you should be able to tell that person anything, and yes, even if you feel hurt or angry by them. This is something that I believe in.
Arrogance and hurt are defeated by love. It is effective in combating envy and might assist in elevating your self-esteem.
In order to experience genuine joy and avoid being confined by unfavorable feelings, it is necessary for us to be heard. We require that we be comprehended. We are in need of forgiveness. In addition, we require affection and care from others.
And with that, my dear readers, I will conclude by providing you with one more piece of advice to be strengthened.
your bravery to continue ascending that mountain into a better version of yourself!
