I Refuse to Carry What Isn’t Mine

There comes a point where you stop being polite about your peace.

I’m at that point.

I’m done carrying emotional baggage that was never mine to begin with. People bring chaos, confusion, and their unresolved problems—and somehow expect me to fix it, absorb it, or tolerate it. That ends here.

If you’re constant stress, negativity, or drama in my life, I’m not holding space for you anymore. I’m not your solution. I’m not your backup plan. And I’m definitely not your emotional dumping ground.

Everyone has struggles. I respect that. But dealing with your life is your responsibility—not mine.

I choose peace over pressure.
I choose clarity over chaos.
And I choose distance over dysfunction.

This isn’t cruelty. This is self-respect.

I’m moving forward lighter—without carrying what was never mine to hold.

You are a baggage and i don’t want to carry you if you can’t bare the pain ki__ yourself right now. Your people your problem not mine
