Why I Have Officially Resigned from My Director Position at Rakhtech Pvt. Ltd.
Today, I (Abdul Rahim Khurram) am publicly declaring my official and permanent resignation from the Director position at Rakhtech Pvt. Ltd.
This decision has been made after careful thought and reflection on both professional ethics and personal responsibility. As someone managing eight independent ventures of my own, I have always valued transparency, trust, and involvement in every business I associate myself with. Unfortunately, my experience at Rakhtech Pvt. Ltd. has not aligned with these values.
Exclusion from Management and Decision-Making
For a long time, I have been completely excluded from the company’s management decisions. I was neither informed nor consulted about any business deals, partnerships, financial transactions, or strategic goals. Decisions were made unilaterally by the founder and others, often without even notifying me — not before, during, or after execution.
Moreover, I was not included or even informed before appointing new board members, nor was I given any opportunity to provide input or consent to such major corporate actions. This lack of communication and disregard for corporate governance made it impossible for me to fulfill my responsibilities as a Director in good faith.
Disassociation from Company Activities
I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not know anything about Rakhtech Pvt. Ltd.’s ongoing business activities, deals, financial arrangements, or management operations. I have not been involved in — nor have I approved — any business decisions made by the company’s founder or other stakeholders.
Given this complete lack of involvement and information, I cannot and will not accept any legal, financial, or reputational responsibility for actions or commitments taken in the company’s name.
Previous Resignation and Request for Removal
In fact, I had already submitted my resignation earlier in February 2025 via a WhatsApp message to the founder, clearly asking to be removed from the company’s directorship and legal framework. I specifically requested that my name not be used in any official or legal capacity related to Rakhtech Pvt. Ltd. However, since that request appears to have been ignored or not acted upon, I am reiterating and formalizing it now through this written article.
My Stand and Philosophy
I have always believed in flying solo, relying on my own judgment, ethics, and hard work. I take pride in making decisions that are transparent, fair, and sustainable — decisions I can stand behind with full confidence. I do not wish to carry the baggage or liabilities of choices made by others without my consent, especially when those choices may have legal or financial consequences that affect me, my wife and my only daughter at the moment , or my ventures.
Final and Irrevocable Resignation
Therefore, I hereby resign irrevocably and permanently from my position as Director of Rakhtech Pvt. Ltd., effective immediately. I confirm that I am no longer associated with the company in any form — not as a decision-maker, not as an advisor, and not as a stakeholder in its operations.
This article serves as my official public declaration of resignation and may be used as legal evidence if required in the future. I categorically state that I bear no knowledge, control, or responsibility for any decisions, transactions, or activities undertaken by Rakhtech Pvt. Ltd. or its management.
From this point forward, I am completely disassociated from the company and all its business activities.
